Supply Chain

We have developed an outstanding supply chain relationship with our suppliers, almost all of whom have been engaged with us in numerous repeated export orders. We have a number of industry leading dyeing, printing and embroidery factories which work with us. We purchase cotton, blended and melange yarns as well as use yarn dyeing where required from numerous reputed local and global suppliers. We can provide a wide variety of single, double and flat knit fabrics with different auto/engineered feed stripe patterns as per specification. Our experienced knitting – dyeing team monitor and test at each production stage to assure the best quality

Design & Sampling

• Our sampling unit is being handled by the most experienced and qualified staff, who are fully capable to display their professional expertise.
• We assist our clients in creating fit and designs for garments.
• All the patterns are prepared with CAD System.

Merchandising

• Our merchandising team is comprised of professionals that understand the importance of style and design; they manage the quality process from its inception until delivery.
• Instead of simply sourcing products, our merchandisers are committed to understanding the customer’s products and objectives to add real value in producing merchandise you can take pride in.

Cutting

• Skilled mix of workers and supervisors, our cutting team is capable to cut out pattern pieces of garment component as per exact dimension of the pattern from a fabric lay.

Stitching
